The cost of the Credit Hire Replacement Vehicle will be deferred. The cost of the Credit Hire will be part of the accident claim that our Panel Solicitor will recover on your behalf from the Insurers of the Third Party who were at fault.

As a result of a motor crash accident the claimant is not entitled to a hire vehicle that may be considered superior to their damaged vehicle.

Credit Hire Replacement Vehicle guidelines:

You must have a full Driving Licence
You must be between 21 to 75 years of age
The need for alternative transport following a non-fault road traffic accident
The accident third party address details must be available or at least their vehicle registration and insurance details
Admission of liability is not required
A vehicle cannot be provided where the accident occurred abroad
Our vehicle supplier will assess each claim on its own merits
